TIMBER ROLL RACKING
EFFECTIVE PICKING STORAGE FOR TIMBER
Wenco Timber Roll Racking is designed for piece picking of long products (sawn wood products, aluminium or plastic profiles, etc). The racking is easy to survey and saves space, while at the same time being easy to fill up. Packages rest on rollers in the racks instead of on fixed beams. Filling takes place using what is known as a roller jig (roller conveyor) which is entirely freestanding and can be handled by all types of forklift. The roller jig is available as a manual version, power 380V or with own 24V battery-operated version.
The Timber Roll Racking system combined storage in a confined space with the option of piece picking at all levels which creates a good working environment. The building height, number of racks and rack size are dimensioned according to needs. The Timber Roll Racking is the most used method of picking storage in the Nordic Region.
